We collect the required business details and Google Business Profile access during onboarding. The seven-day installation window begins once the required access and materials are received.
You can continue by paying the remaining $200 setup balance, because the $97 pilot is credited toward the $297 setup. Ongoing management is then $197 per month. Continuing management is not automatic; its terms are confirmed separately.
No. The process asks eligible customers for honest feedback consistently. It does not use review gating. Medical practices must not use incentives and must not collect patient names, health details, appointment reasons, or other patient information in this process.
With active management, IPS sends same-day negative-review alerts and can provide response drafts within 48 hours. Final responses remain the business owner's decision.
